We sell customer returns, overstock, liquidation pallets, and related merchandise, and we list weekly online auctions. In this policy, “DEAL FACTORY,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean that business. “You” means a visitor, buyer, supplier, or anyone who contacts us.

We collect information you give us and limited information collected automatically.

• Contact and registration details. Name, company name, phone number, email address, city and state, business type, reselling experience, product categories, typical purchase size and frequency, how you want inventory updates, and notes about what you are looking to buy or sell.
• Supplier submissions. Inventory descriptions, photos, quantities, locations, and other details you send when offering merchandise to us.
• Transaction records. Quotes, invoices, pickup arrangements, payment confirmations, and related correspondence.
• Messages. Emails, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and form submissions you send to support@dealfactoryus.com, sales@dealfactoryus.com, or buying@dealfactoryus.com.
• Usage data. Pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, device and browser type, referring site, and similar technical data collected through cookies and analytics tools.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.

Buyer and supplier registrations are collected on this website. Auction registration, bidding, and payment on our HiBid marketplace are handled by that platform under its own privacy policy. We receive the information those services share with us so we can respond to you and complete a sale.

Texas residents may also have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act where that law applies to a request. We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request.

Our website and wholesale services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information to us, contact support@dealfactoryus.com and we will delete it.

Our pages link to HiBid, Google Forms, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other third-party services. Those services have their own privacy practices. This policy covers DEAL FACTORY’s site and our own handling of information.

We may update this policy as our warehouse, auctions, or website change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
